Our technical support can also give you advice on the use and purpose of each individual tool as well as other useful tips. In case spare parts are needed, we have a large supply with fast delivery available in the service. If needed, all Praktik Tools equipment can be serviced within an appropriate period of time, regardless whether the service in question is under guarantee or not. The primary goal of our quality control is to ensure a tool that will satisfy all user requirements, even in cases of short-term excessive workloads in extremely difficult working conditions. With such applications in mind, we provide fast, reliable and professional service, which is especially important to the user. All Praktik Tools electric equipment comes with a two-year warranty. A service order status can always be checked by calling the service department. All service status information is provided to the buyer as soon as possible, and, because of the agreed upon distribution, a serviced tool arrives at your doorstep without any additional effort.
